TAMPA, FLA. – The Tampa Division of Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. received two prestigious ABC Eagle Awards representing the highest level of achievement in the 2011 ABC Excellence in Construction competition for its work on two Tampa area projects: The Fort Harrison Hotel renovation ($3-$10 million category) and the Tampa International Airport Cargo Tunnel and Service Road project ($1-$3 million category). The awards are presented annually by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Florida Gulf Coast Chapter.
Tri-City is prominently ranked as the nation’s 34th largest electrical contractor according to Engineering News-Record magazine’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors survey published October 2010. Florida’s leader in electrical contracting, communications and service, Tri-City reported 2009 revenues exceeding $133 million.
