The ABC STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) Award is a nationally recognized program designed to help companies in the construction industry evaluate and improve their safety programs and to ultimately achieve a zero incident rate. The program uses objective methods to measure safety performance. Tri-City consistently receives the Platinum Level Award.
